The Bravehole

Behold the Bravehole. I made it out of the art supply box I used back when I was a jerky art student. I was going to call it ArtBox Guitar but then I chipped the face when I was cutting out a normal-sized soundhole. So, I cut around the damage and the Bravehole was borne. Check out the adjustable neck tension turnbuckle in the last photo. That was designed out of necessity when I made the neck joint too weak to support the tension from the strings. It sounds almost as sweeeeet as it looks. Almost.

  2. surely it is the bravest of holes and should be respected as such, causing all holes henceforth to be measured against it and found sorely lacking. but i recall someone asking about a corrugated metal harp, which is not at all the same thing. not one bit.

i am sure it will do nicely to accompany a fine corrugated metal harp on a song about a small brown dog.
